<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of parent to child and child to parent.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of siblings.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of Friends.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of Teachers.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Love of Pets&#8230;&#8230;..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What do all these have in common? </strong><strong></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>YOU FEEL- open, relaxed, warm &amp; happy. </strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;">Right?  That is because LOVE is flowing FROM YOU.  When LOVE is flowing FROM YOU, you cannot feel closed, tight or frightened.  <span style="text-decoration: underline;">LOVE is the opposite of FEAR</span>.  Though you do not realize it, you control when and how you feel love.</p>
<p><strong>If you are feeling fear, then YOUR LOVE is closed off. </strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">How do you change from FEAR back to LOVE?  You simply change your autonomic nervous system from &#8216;fight or flight&#8217; to &#8216;relaxation and growth&#8217;:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">1)  Change the focus of your attention to something calming and pleasant.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">2)  Change your physical state- by diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing and/or tapping meridian points.</p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>WOW!!</strong> </span> <strong>I can feel LOVED simply by changing MY physical state?  </strong>  <strong>And it&#8217;s all up to ME?</strong> <strong></strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>ABSOLUTELY </strong>YES</span>!  Most of us think that love comes from others and we have no control over it.  This is definitely not true.  In fact, it is completely backwards.</p>
<p><strong>Can you actually KNOW what the object of your love is feeling? </strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">NO.  You have learned to interpret others&#8217; behavior to mean &#8216;love&#8217; or &#8216;not love&#8217; but you can never have first hand knowledge of how anyone else feels.  NEVER.   You don&#8217;t actually feel LOVE coming to you from another.  What you feel is <span style="text-decoration: underline;">your love flowing</span> TO another.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>YOU ONLY FEEL YOUR LOVE FLOWING TO ANOTHER.</strong> </span></p>
<p><strong>Can this mean that I WILL FEEL LOVED whenever I GIVE LOVE? </strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Yes, it does.  <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">If you feel unloved or unlovable, it is because you have turned your love flow off</span></span>.  It is not the other person, it is YOU.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>How can I turn MY love flow back on? </strong></span></p>

We all have unconscious assumptions that filter our views of the everything: the world, ourselves and other people. When these assumptions are unconscious, they are operating out of our awareness, but compelling certain behaviors and feelings. Once these are uncovered we have the ability to change!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This section of the blog will explore the difficulties in finding love.  It has been my experience that looking for love doesn&#8217;t work.  When you have built a happy life and you are enjoying yourself as you are, loves appears.</p>
<p>How do we find love?  Do we look for it?  In America we always set our goal, develop the plan and implement the plan.  That is great when it works.  More often we discover it didn&#8217;t work so we  change the plan, implement, change the plan, implement&#8230;.  Why not just skip the deciding how things &#8216;should be&#8217; step altogether?</p>
<p>If we decide how life SHOULD be (for us to be happy) all we have done is set ourselves up for UNHAPPINESS if anything different happens.  Trust me, something else always happens at some point.</p>
<p>What if we focus on learning to accept what is in this moment (since we really have no choice since it is already here, right?).</p>
<p>Compare  {What should be} &lt;&#8212;&#8212;-to&#8212;&#8212;-&gt; {what is}                                      The difference is your DISTRESS.</p>
<p>Which part can you change?  Yes, your expectation of what SHOULD BE.  Oh my, if I manage my expectations, I could be HAPPY???</p>
